Solve & Dispatch - First level support consultant Remote in Mexico City 

We are looking for a First Level Support Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues in critical business systems, acting as a software detective to ensure stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to maintain optimal system performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance and training to team members on tools and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

  • Knowledge of Incident Management and ServiceNow is recommended.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application support or related roles.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in English (Advanced, C1).

  • Proactive, responsible, empathetic, and collaborative team player.

Location & Schedule:

  • Remote work based in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco).

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
