SAP Finance Specialist

We’re seeking a collaborative and expert SAP Finance Specialist with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance to join our Business & Technology Integration team. This role focuses on defining and delivering innovative business solutions within a large-scale finance transformation project. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design value-driven solutions, and ensure successful deployment across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of innovative business solutions to create tangible business value.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Analyze current processes, customer needs, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Define business requirements, structures, and solutions to support large-scale initiatives.

• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes.

• Guide and support team members, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in SAP-related projects.

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Expert).

• Proven experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.

• Familiarity with business case development, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.

• Experience in global projects or large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.

Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

Languages: Advanced English.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
