Front-End Developer Hybrid in Mexico City, Guadalajara

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience to join our dynamic development team. This role focuses on building engaging, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences, collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability.

• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end with back-end services.

• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design across devices.

• Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and reviews.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development.

Technical Skills Required:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Understanding of Git and version control workflows.

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Hybrid – Guadalajara, Jalisco (3 days on-site at NTT Data offices, Av. Mariano Otero 1249).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Candidates must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of  Mexico
