Business Analyst (Retail/Food Distribution) | Hybrid | Guadalajara

Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a long-term role where you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation for key clients in the dynamic retail and food distribution sector. You will leverage your deep domain expertise to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects.  In this role, you will:

• Dive deep into core B2B processes, including product, pricing, promotions, and supply chain.
• Analyze complex data sets to define reporting requirements and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project alignment.
• Utilize your strong Agile/Scrum proficiency to work effectively within the team framework.
• Employ modern tools like JIRA for requirements management and process mapping.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Retail or Food Distribution industry.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Visio.
• An advanced level of English.
