Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 ERP-  F&O -  Guadalajara Fully remote

Join our dynamic ERP team and be at the forefront of developing, customizing, and maintaining innovative D365 F&O solutions. As a key technical consultant, you'll directly impact our business processes and strategic objectives, driving efficiency and growth through cutting-edge ERP implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and integrate MS D365 F&O solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Maintain and optimize existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support for D365 F&O implementations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 F&O.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• 5+ years of experience working within an ERP team.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to develop, customize, and implement D365 F&O solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of ERP principles and practices.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proactive, empathetic, responsible, and committed.

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
• Remote work from Guadalajara.
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory
• Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
