Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Hybrid Mexico City, Guadalajara,  Monterrey  and Coahuila

Your expertise will help organizations optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM projects
• Evaluate current business models and define future state solutions aligned with technology
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements
• Develop detailed process maps and workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure business and technical alignment
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations
• Train and support end-users to facilitate adoption and ensure solution effectiveness
• Make key decisions, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to strategic outcomes

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• 5+ years of experience working within an CRM team.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to develop, customize, and implement D365 F&O solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional
• Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional and Technical)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency at an advanced level
• Must be a team player, proactive, responsible, and highly committed

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
• Remote work from Guadalajara.
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory
• Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
