SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (Lead)

We’re seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect for a strategic transformation program. This senior, client-facing role covers end-to-end SAP S/4HANA capabilities across SD, WM, and TM, with strong pre-sales and leadership responsibilities.

About the role

  • Position: SAP SD/WM/TM Solution Architect (Lead)
  • Location: Mexico City, hybrid (travel to client sites; some US travel possible)
  • Experience: 10+ years in SAP ERP; at least 2 S/4HANA implementations/transformation projects as Architect or offshore lead
  • Industries: Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom
  • Languages: English – Advanced

What you’ll do

  • Lead as the SAP Functional Solution Architect; guide RFP responses and ERP assessments.
  • Design new business processes, scope engagements, and create roadmaps.
  • Solve complex SAP S/4HANA problems across the project lifecycle; drive enterprise architecture.
  • Support business development: pre-sales, proposal shaping, and delivery approaches.
  • Develop offerings, assets, and mentor the team.
  • Travel to client sites as required.

Required qualifications

  • MBA (Tier-1 preferred)
  • 10–15 years in SAP ERP; 2+ S/4HANA implementations/transformation projects
  • Experience across SD, WM, TM; cross-functional integration and hybrid ERP
  • Proficiency in workshops, roadmaps, and blueprints for SD/WM/TM
  • Experience with SAP Public Cloud/SaaS; on-prem + SaaS hybrids
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and demonstrate business value
