We are seeking data professionals to join the Academy MS Data Program in Monterrey. This 1-month opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical foundations who are eager to keep learning and growing.

Location: Remote, with occasional on-site sessions in Monterrey

Requirements:

• Reside in Monterrey
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Math, Actuarial Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data engineering, analysis, or consulting
• Intermediate SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
• ETL processes and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Python (Pandas or similar)
• Advanced English (C1–C2)

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.

We offer:

• Program stipend of $22,000 to 26,000 gross during the four weeks of the academy
• Remote program with required attendance at offices in Monterrey afterwards
• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• Opportunity for permanent contract with a Big4 client under a hybrid scheme in Monterrey
