Business Analyst Mid  Hybrid Guadalajara

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst Mid with 6+ years of IT experience to join our dynamic consulting team. This role focuses on driving value through business analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise architecture practices, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Perform requirements gathering and analysis to capture and document business needs using Business Architecture concepts (capabilities and value streams).

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to perform process mapping in BPMN for both current and future states.

  • Partner with the OneTech Strategy team to facilitate strategic enterprise efforts and share key insights.

  • Abstract and synthesize information to support Business & Enterprise Architecture practices.

  • Contribute to application rationalization and digital transformation initiatives through insights from analysis.

  • Manage administrative tasks around tools used for Business Analysis.

Technical Skills Required:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Strategy, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Business Architecture / Business Analysis experience.

  • Strong holistic thinking, with the ability to deliver value across strategy execution.

  • Experience defining metrics to measure success in Business Analysis programs.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience using Agile-focused tools for requirements and BPMN process flows.

• Familiarity with Business Architecture tools such as Bizzdesign, Sparx, or Ardoq.

• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Hybrid – Guadalajara, Jalisco (3 days on-site at NTT Data offices, Av. Mariano Otero 1249).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Candidates must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, etc.).
