Power BI Developer for Exciting Projects Hybrid in Guadalajara

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join a dynamic team within. This role involves designing, building, and configuring dashboards and data models to meet complex business needs, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data needs.

• Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within BI systems.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in data analytics.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.

• Proven expertise in creating Power BI dashboards.

• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of IT experience (overall career).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

• Advanced English (C1 – C2).

• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and proactive attitude.

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite at  Piso 2 WTC, Guadalajara.

• Candidates must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Guadalajara).

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
