Lead Solution Architect 

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative technological solutions, aligned with client needs and security standards. Your role will be key to integrating emerging technologies, such as cloud and artificial intelligence, into high-impact projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop cloud-based solution architectures using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS. 
• Lead the implementation of analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL. 
• Implement solutions for microservices, functions, and web services in Azure. 
• Integrate generative AI models, including the implementation of RAG search with libraries such as langchain and llama_index. 
• Develop the necessary architecture to deliver Adobe PDF solutions and utilize Azure Cognitive Search (desirable).
• Ensure the implementation of critical technology components with DR capabilities. 
• Design and manage multi-geography and multi-tier services. 
• Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders at various levels. 
• Adopt and adapt new technologies to address business challenges. 
• Work with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. 
• Design and develop modern applications. 
• Collaborate with multicultural teams across different time zones. 

Essential Requirements: 

• 15 years of experience in solution architecture. 
• Advanced English (C1-C2) for expert-level oral and written communication. 
• Extensive experience in cloud application architecture using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS. 
• Expert knowledge of Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps, and digital services. 
• Experience in building analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL. 
• Experience with generative AI, specifically text models and RAG search implementation, as well as designing and developing modern applications.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. 
• Experience working with senior stakeholders. 
• Intercultural communication skills.

Desirable Requirements: 

• Experience in architecting and designing Adobe PDF solutions. 
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Search.

• Monthly net salary between $75,000 and $80,000 MXN.
