,Senior Workday Developer Remote in Mexico
Are you a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise integrations and cloud applications? We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Developer with a proven track record in developing and managing complex integrations to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting integrations within the Workday ecosystem, supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. Your expertise will help streamline processes and ensure seamless data flow across multiple systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term project with a leading organization, collaborating with international teams and leveraging cutting-edge technology.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and configuration of Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, RaaS, and Cloud Connect.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues via Workday reporting and business process configuration.
- Project collaboration, including testing integrations, formulating testing scenarios, and working closely with business partners and vendors.
- Utilize your deep understanding of Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and other relevant protocols.
- Support DevOps initiatives by collaborating on CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring.
What We Expect From You:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years specializing in integration development within Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience leading technical teams for at least 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and tech (EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, RaaS, Cloud Connect).
- Proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, and other communication protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced level of English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring is a plus.
