Application Support Lead: OpenText ECM Expert

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Lead with deep expertise in OpenText ECM to guide and elevate our application support capabilities. 

In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated engineers, acting as a critical bridge between technology and business needs. You will diagnose and resolve complex system issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our critical business applications.

Beyond technical proficiency, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and driving key technical decisions.

This role requires expert-level proficiency in OpenText ECM tools and a proven track record in application remediation and IT troubleshooting.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will champion continuous improvement by developing strategies to enhance support efficiency and mentoring junior team members.

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
