Contract Duration: 6 months - with possibility of extention
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer within our Delivery Services team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with our clients to transform business needs into intuitive, reliable features, while ensuring solutions remain customizable and easy to use.
You will join a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment, where the focus is on delivering value and coding rather than excessive documentation. Beyond development, you will also play a key role in mentoring team members, guiding best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Requirements and Technical Skills-
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – current or obtained within 6 months of hire.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – current or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Proven expertise in at least two additional ServiceNow product lines (ITBM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, CSM, GRC, etc.).

Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application in delivering best practices.

Proficiency in Web Technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, CSS, Web Services.

Experience in SaaS environments and with technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.

Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver with attention to detail.

Ability to travel as required (approximately 10%).

Build and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and microservices.

Translate client requirements into practical, functional solutions.

Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of delivered applications.

Contribute to the adoption of ITIL and Agile best practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.

Develop across the full stack of web technologies (Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS).

Configure ServiceNow application UIs and workflows.
-
Create and integrate components such as SSO, LDAP, and other HR-related systems.

Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, occasionally leading demos for customers.

Support user acceptance testing and ensure solution quality.

Maintain proactive communication with Project Leads on progress and deliverables.

Contribute to process improvements and the growth of Delivery Services best practices.

Mentor and support junior developers within the team.

University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
-
ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations across product lines.
-
ITIL Certification.
