Application Presales Specialist (Insurance Focus) - Fully Remote (Mexico)

What You'll Do:
- Wow Potential Clients: Conduct engaging and persuasive live demos of our SaaS solutions to decision-makers and technical teams at insurance companies.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Deeply understand each client's processes and pain points, tailoring your presentations to address their specific needs.
- Translate Business Needs: Convert complex insurance business requirements into clear functional specifications and compelling commercial messages.
- Master the RFP Process: Analyze and respond to RFPs, craft impactful demonstration scenarios, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) requests.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market evolution to maintain your expertise.
- Manage Opportunities: Juggle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Champion Our Growth: Provide crucial support for the company's full integration and success within the Mexican market.
What You'll Bring:
- Technical Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Presales Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in client-facing demonstrations, ideally within enterprise SaaS, and strongly preferred within the Healthcare Market, especially the Insurance sector.
- Insurance Deep Dive: Solid understanding of the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance, annuities, and health products.
- System Savvy: Experience with policy management systems or electronic applications is crucial.
- OIPA Advantage: Familiarity with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) is a significant plus.
- SDLC Awareness: Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
- Fluent Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English (Advanced C1-C2 English proficiency is a must).
