About the Role:

We are seeking 4 highly skilled Avaya Implementation Specialists to join a 12-month dynamic project, working remotely from Mexico. If you have a passion for cutting-edge telecom solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be part of an innovative team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support Avaya Aura and Contact Center systems.
  • Implement voice and contact center solutions, including third-party app integrations.
  • Develop call flows, IVRs, contact routing, and reporting setups.
  • Collaborate within ITIL frameworks—handling incidents, requests, changes, and problem management.
  • Provide support in multi-OEM environments and migration projects.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Avaya technologies:
    • Communication Manager, System & Session Manager
    • Elite Contact Center / CMS / AES / Aura Messaging / WFO
    • Orchestration Designer, IP Office, Media Gateways, Media Servers
    • Apache Tomcat and third-party CTI integrations
  • Fluent in English (C1 - C2, spoken and written); French is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Avaya Red Voice System.
  • Experience in Managed Services environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive with a customer-focused mindset and team orientation.
  • Supervisor or Contact Center leadership experience is desirable.
  • ITIL certification or SDLC experience is a plus.
