Are you a seasoned ETL Test Lead with a passion for ensuring data quality and reliability? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our data warehousing testing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for ETL processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL and data validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within an Agile framework.
• Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of functional testing experience in data warehousing.
• 4+ years of experience with project and test management tools (Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, PICT, etc.).
• 3+ years of hands-on ETL testing experience, including data validation.
• 3+ years of database/data warehouse testing proficiency with SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology.
• Experience leading test automation strategies.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
