Software Architect Java Microservices -  MTY Valle Oriente

As an Application Architect, you will design and develop application architecture frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You'll collaborate with teams to define requirements, analyze existing applications for optimization, and integrate new technologies. Your expertise in microservices, APIs, Java, SpringBoot, and Cloud technologies will be essential, along with strong team work and analytical skills.

Functions

• Develop application architecture frameworks and standards to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and design principles.
  
• Analyze existing applications for optimization, modernization, and integration opportunities.
  
• Document architectural decisions, technical designs, and system workflows.
  
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into application designs.
  
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  
• Provide guidance on microservices, APIs, and containerization strategies.
  
• Optimize application workflows and user experiences.
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in application development.
  
• Support teams during the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
  

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in similar postions
• More than 3 years of experience developing microservices, Java, and Spring Boot
• English Conversational Advanced (C1-C2)
• Strong knowledge of application design principles 
• Experience in microservices and API's
• Experience with any Cloud
