Senior Scrum Master -  Remote in Mexico 

Are you an experienced Scrum Master Senior who thrives in complex, large-scale environments? We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile practices, drive delivery excellence, and support high-impact technology initiatives within long-term projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep experience managing large programs using formal project management methodologies in agile environments.

What you’ll do

• Lead and strengthen Scrum practices across teams
• Ensure clear understanding of project scope, schedule, and planning
• Support effective time, resource, and cost management
• Define and implement Scrum Master standards, processes, and procedures
• Work within large, complex programs applying formal project management methodologies
• Drive effective change management strategies and scalable transitions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence

What we’re looking for

• Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years)
• Strong background in large-scale and complex project environments
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of project management disciplines
• Advanced English level
• Ability to work remotely within Mexico

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of  Mexico
