Seeking Experienced Python BackEnd Developers for Long-Term Project
Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Tlaquepaque / Zapopan Area)

We are looking for a skilled Python BackEnd Developer with 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves building and maintaining robust server-side solutions, APIs, and databases that support scalable and secure digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless front-end integration

• Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases ensuring data integrity and performance

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable server-side code using Python

• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices

• Optimize server performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Maintain clear technical documentation and develop unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability

Technical Skills Required:

With over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

• Python (Django and/or Flask)

• API Development (RESTful and GraphQL)

• SQL and NoSQL databases

• Version control systems (Git)

• Server-side architecture and logic

• Security best practices for back-end development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Understanding of event-driven systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Fluent in English (Advanced)

• Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid modality (2 days on-site)

• Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (candidates must be located in or near Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, or Guadalajara)

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
