Seeking Experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant for Long-Term Project (Remote in Mexico City)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP PM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and driving continuous improvement through SAP Plant Maintenance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and design system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess current business models and define future-state solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop process maps and detailed documentation for current and future processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users to improve system adoption.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to key project decisions.
• Lead and support team activities, ensuring effective collaboration.

Technical Skills Required:

With over 7 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, you must be proficient in:

• Advanced expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Experience working as a Business Analyst within SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of process design and system integration

Nice to have:

• SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• SAP Materials Management (MM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• English level: Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)
• Strong communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Location & Schedule:

• Remote role based in Mexico City (Miguel Hidalgo)
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
