Salesforce Senior Developer | Service Cloud / Voice / Amazon Connect | Híbrido Guadalajara

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills Required:

With over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
• Advanced English (required)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and complex data models
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps processes within Salesforce
• Experience with Databricks is a plus

Certifications (Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications
• Architecture certifications are highly valued

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications
• Extend platform capabilities through integrations and custom solutions
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and automation
• Leverage Salesforce AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and system updates
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Manage deployment and release processes across environments (sandbox and production)
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid in Guadalajara
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of  Mexico
