Seeking Experienced QA Salesforce Senior for Exciting Projects Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco

 

We are looking for skilled QA Salesforce Senior with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves a blend of system administration and quality assurance, requiring a seasoned Salesforce professional to manage daily operations and drive QA processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •        Design and execute test plans, write test scripts, prepare data for testing,  regression testing, and UAT processes to ensure high-quality releases.
  •           Do Functional, Configuration, customization, security, and ongoing optimization testing on Salesforce platform.
  •           Lead QA efforts for all Salesforce changes, including new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.
  •           Identify risks early and proactively address issues before they reach production
  •           Ensure delivery of quality releases in a timely manner on customer engagements
  •           Work within team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers, and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practices
  •         Coordinate with the development team to ensure all bug fixes are checked-in; environments are stable and ready for use; customer communication is ongoing and open; and releases are properly tested, documented, and validated
  •          Define test strategies, plans, test cases, tasks, and estimates as well as execute tests to meet stakeholder requirements
  •          Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications
  •       Perform in-depth, detailed investigations into quality issues to discover root causes, and then work closely with the development team to develop solutions that resolve the issue
  •         Work closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to test product functionality rigorously and investigate all potential product test failures
  •          Write functional test scripts, conduct functional testing, capture test results, and validate defect fixes
  •          Own and deliver on the overall process and reporting including test results delivery, analysis reports, logs, and key metrics
  •          Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions offering inputs from a QA perspective
  •          Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders

 

Technical Skills Required:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem in quality assurance (e.g., Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle
  • Experience working with test automation platforms, such as Selenium
  • Strong experience with test software and tools, such as Jira
  • Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing, UAT /Production testing
  • Tenaciously skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
  • Must have Salesforce certifications i.e. Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud or  Service Cloud

 Location & Schedule:

  • Hybrid work in Guadalaraja, Jaliso
  • Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory
