Windchill PLM Solution Architect – Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windchill PLM Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on designing scalable PLM architectures, leading end-to-end implementations, and driving technical solutions aligned with business and engineering needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end architecture solutions for Windchill PLM platforms.
• Create high-level architecture designs, technical blueprints, and data models.
• Lead multiple full-cycle Windchill implementations from design to deployment.
• Work with modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Option & Variants, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine.
• Design and implement integrations between PLM systems and CAD / ERP platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability.
• Lead technical decision-making and guide development teams.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and migration strategies.

Technical Skills Required

• 10+ years of experience in Windchill PLM design and architecture
• Strong experience in Windchill solution architecture and data modeling
• Expertise in Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine)
• Strong knowledge of integrations with ERP and CAD systems
• Solid experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML
• Experience in system performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Experience in data migration and system security

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ajax, Bootstrap, jQuery
• Experience in large-scale enterprise PLM environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Advanced English
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Location & Schedule

• Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
