Seeking SAP Basis Administrator for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Administrator responsible for designing, installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining complex SAP landscapes. This professional will ensure system performance, availability, and security through proactive administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and configure complex SAP environments in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
• Monitor SAP systems to identify performance issues and implement tuning strategies.
• Administer and maintain databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, and MSSQL.
• Manage user access, roles, and security policies to ensure compliance and data protection.
• Develop and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents across SAP landscapes.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and system procedures.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proven experience in SAP Basis administration and architecture.
• Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, ECC6, S/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Skilled in database administration for Oracle, HANA, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE/HEC and public cloud environments is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English B2+
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Work Conditions

• Location: Remote (Mexico-based).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
