Senior SAP SD O2C Consultant
(Remote – Mexico based, with travel availability)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP O2C Consultant to lead and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role will work closely with global business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to design scalable and compliant solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP O2C processes including Sales & Distribution, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives following SAP Activate methodology.
  • Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and deliver detailed functional specifications.
  • Optimize workflows across Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Credit, and Collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Oversee EDI, IDoc, and API integrations for order processing and billing automation.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, tax, trade, and audit requirements.
  • Support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization for global deployments

Technical Skills Required:

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD / O2C, preferably in S/4HANA, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
  • Solid knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Fiori apps.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and Activate methodology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to lead multicultural teams.
  • SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales certification preferred and German is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
  • Proven analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Location & Schedule:

  • Remote work from Mexico (Nationwide) with travel availability
  • Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
