Senior Full Stack Developer | React, TypeScript, Cloud & Kubernetes - 2758

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in building scalable, cloud-native applications and has a strong background in modern frontend and backend technologies.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance distributed systems that support critical business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and help drive engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, services, and backend components
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes and public cloud platforms
• Design, deploy, and support distributed systems in production environments
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in incident response activities
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
• Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills Required: 

• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, reliable, full-stack applications in production environments
• Experience with TypeScript and React
• Strong understanding of modern React patterns, including: Hooks, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Server Components, Component architecture, State management, Performance optimization
• Expert experience with at least one of the following backend technologies: Node.js / Express, Python / FastAPI, Java / Kotlin / Spring Boot, .NET
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure APIs and backend services
• Deep experience with Kubernetes architecture, deployment strategies, and containerized applications
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines at production scale (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native, distributed systems in production
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, monitoring, observability, and incident response skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Languages: Advanced English level C1- C2.
• Soft Skills: Communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership potential.
• Attributes: Strong sense of ownership, natural problem-solver, and passion for continuous learning and managing crises.

Location & Schedule: 

• Modality: Remote.
• Open to hire only residents in México.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
