Seeking CI/CD Platform & Automation Engineers for an Exciting Opportunity in MTY - CDMX (Hybrid)

We are looking for experienced CI/CD Platform & Automation Engineers with 4+ years of experience to join a global technology team supporting enterprise DevOps platforms. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing CI/CD toolchains while collaborating with international development and engineering teams to drive automation and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Manage code quality and artifact management tools, including SonarQube and JFrog.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational tooling.
  • Implement, support, and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, tool integrations, build and deployment processes, logging, monitoring, and environment management.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and Engineering teams to improve automation, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the DevOps ecosystem.

Technical Skills Required:

With 4+ years of experience in CI/CD Platform Engineering or DevOps, you should have hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Jenkins
  • AWS
  • Ansible
  • Python
  • Terraform
  • Bash

Nice to Have:

  • Azure
  • GitHub Actions
  • Kubernetes (K8s)
  • Scripting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Advanced English (Mandatory).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

Location & Schedule:

  • Remote work from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
  • Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
