Oracle HCM Cloud Sr Functional Consultant. Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a global delivery team and lead complex HCM initiatives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, strong leadership in support and delivery engagements, and the ability to work with global stakeholders under strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, and other HCM modules
• Manage full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including interfaces and integrations
• Oversee AMS support engagements, managing teams of 20+ resources
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, driving issue resolution, risk management, and process optimization
• Provide best practices, testing strategies, and quality assurance aligned with business requirements
• Drive testing metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting with stakeholders
• Coordinate release planning and release management across multiple stakeholders
• Lead weekly and monthly governance calls with customers
• Collaborate with global teams across regions and time zones

Technical Skills Required:

With over 12 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

• 12+ years of overall experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS architecture
• Proven experience in Oracle documentation and methodology (UAM / TCM)
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with stringent SLAs
• Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
