Data Scientist Senior - Hybrid in Guadalajara 

We are looking for skilled Data Scientist senior with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves data analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict outcomes and solve complex business problems.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights.
• Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and other business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science to continuously improve processes and products.

Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and applied statistics.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Experience handling large-scale data and working with data warehousing solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Advanced level of English B2+
• Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership abilities. 

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.

Location & Schedule

• Hybrid Role in Guadalajara
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory
