Salesforce Developer Jr – Remote, MTY

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Jr with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing Salesforce team at Accenture. This role involves supporting the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions that drive innovation and efficiency for large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce environments.

  • Develop and maintain components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.

  • Assist in debugging, testing, and documentation of technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and deliver quality Salesforce applications.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project success.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce Development, Configuration, and Customization.

  • Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with Lightning Components, LWC, and Visualforce.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I

  • Any other Salesforce Certification (plus)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Intermediate to advanced English level.

Location & Schedule:

  • Remote – Mexico (based in Monterrey preferred)

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
