Salesforce Support Lead Engineer – Hybrid | Monterrey, Mexico

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a global consulting firm, working on Salesforce Service Cloud transformation and implementation projects for major international clients. This role involves designing, building, and configuring customized Salesforce applications, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and driving key technical decisions.

The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, and LWC, capable of leading support initiatives and contributing to high-impact enterprise solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet complex business requirements.

  • Act as a technical SME, guiding architecture and implementation decisions across teams.

  • Develop and customize features using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

  • Provide L2/L3 Support, leading incident resolution and ensuring platform stability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

 

Technical Skills Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud (required).

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Flows, GitHub, Copado, and Five9 CTI.

  • Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, LWR Framework, and Lightning Communities (nice to have).

  • Proven ability to manage L2/L3 incidents and support complex environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

  • Advanced English (C1) – required for client interaction and documentation.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid – Monterrey, Mexico
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hr
