Fullstack Developer Hybrid Monterrey

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of overall IT experience to join our dynamic development team. This role focuses on developing scalable, modular, and high-performing applications using C#, .NET, and JavaScript, collaborating closely with front-end designers, back-end developers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Work with modular architecture, microservices, and containerized environments (OpenShift or Kubernetes).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate back-end services, APIs, and MQ systems.

• Build and maintain front-end components using Kendo UI, React, or Angular.

• Participate in software design, architecture planning, and implementation of DevOps practices with Azure pipelines.

• Support Agile/Scrum processes by creating user stories, test cases, and maintaining project documentation.

• Contribute to AI and data analytics initiatives as needed.

Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL.(Transact - SQL)

• Experience with microservices, containers, and cloud environments Azure.

• Hands-on experience with Kendo UI, React, or Angular front-end frameworks.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Understanding of Git/version control workflows.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating scalable roadmaps and modular architectures.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to AI and data analytics.

• Experience in software design and architecture for enterprise systems.

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Hybrid – Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mexico).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Candidates must reside in Monterrey or nearby areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Advanced English (C1–C2) for communication with global teams.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and proactive attitude.
