We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support BRP's manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain technology landscape.

In this role, you will design and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions across PLM, MES, ERP, and Order-to-Delivery (OTD) ecosystems. You will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to modernize manufacturing platforms, define target architectures, improve integrations, and ensure enterprise-wide technology alignment.

The ideal candidate combines strong manufacturing domain knowledge with enterprise solution architecture experience and has worked in large global organizations.

Exigences et compétences techniques

Exigences principales

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Solution Architecture experience
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environments
  • Strong experience with PLM platforms, including:
    • Teamcenter
    • Windchill
  • Strong experience with MES solutions, including:
    • SAP
    • Siemens
  • Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Supply Chain processes
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Order-to-Delivery (OTD)
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
    • Manufacturing Routing
  • Knowledge of shop-floor systems
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations
  • Experience defining solution architecture and technology roadmaps
  • Experience working within Agile environments
  • Experience presenting solutions to executive leadership
  • Experience working in organizations with 10,000+ employees
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Design enterprise solution architectures
  • Define PLM, MES, ERP, and OTD target architectures
  • Build scalable integration patterns
  • Support manufacturing modernization initiatives
  • Standardize enterprise manufacturing platforms

  • Build manufacturing reference architectures
  • Support multiple concurrent enterprise programs
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end enterprise solutions
  • Produce Solution Architecture Design Documents
  • Define architecture roadmaps
  • Design integrations between PLM, MES, ERP, and Supply Chain systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Support process harmonization and automation
  • Guide modernization and cloud migration initiatives
  • Provide architectural governance throughout project delivery
  • Lead workshops and architecture review sessions
  • Present solution options, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
