Oracle BRM Architect – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Architect with a strong background in the telecommunications domain, particularly in Business Support Systems (BSS), Convergent Charging, and Billing implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end (E2E) telecom solutions, with functional knowledge of Oracle BRM and Oracle ECE. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end telecom solutions focused on BSS, Convergent Charging, and Billing.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, applying industry best practices.
• Address complex technical challenges related to charging protocols and use cases.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, working independently when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in the telecommunications domain, with strong knowledge of Business Support Systems (BSS).
• Technical experience with Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) and Oracle ECE (Elastic Charging Engine).
• Hands-on experience implementing Convergent Charging solutions.
• Strong understanding of charging protocols and charging use cases.
• Strong technical skills and experience with the following technologies: C, Java, Linux, Shell or Perl scripting, Web Services, WebLogic Administration, PL/SQL.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Project Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Work Model: On-site.
• Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
