Seeking Experienced SAP ABAP Developer for Exciting Projects Hybrids in Monterrey, Nuevo Léon

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join a long-term project with a global consulting company. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise SAP solutions, collaborate with international teams, and participate in large-scale implementations and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements alongside client stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Blueprint documentation and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain ABAP objects for SAP HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
• Perform code enhancements, workflow configurations, interface development, web services, and SAP Cloud integrations.
• Support SAP MDG integrations and participate in cutover activities.
• Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve production incidents.
• Create and execute test scripts, document defects, and support UAT activities.
• Participate in incident resolution, war rooms, CAB meetings, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and status reports.

Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• 6+ years of experience with ABAP Development for HANA.
• 2+ years of experience with ABAP Fiori Development.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC, HANA, or S/4HANA environments.
• Experience creating technical specifications and working directly with business users.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• AP EWM Certification (Embedded or Decentralized).
• Experience with performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud integrations and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid work from Monterrey.
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Monterrey
