Software Engineering Academy – Backend, FrontEnd & QA Junior | Remote | (0-1 Year Experience) (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

We are currently hiring junior technology professionals interested in participating in a 6-week intensive Software Engineering Academy focused on Backend Development, Frontend Development, and Quality Engineering. This opportunity consists of a paid training program designed to prepare participants for projects in these areas..

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related fields.
• 1 year of experience in software development, IT support, service desk, call center technical support, or customer service roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals.
• Experience or exposure to manual or automated testing.
• Full-time availability.
• Candidates must not be actively employed at the time of joining the academy.

Location:

• Remote academy phase.
• After completion, successful participants will work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
• Candidates outside Monterrey are welcome if they can relocate.

We offer:

• Remote program with a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Competitive compensation during the academy period.
• After completing the program, selected candidates will be required to work in Monterrey, Nuevo León
