Seeking Experienced SAP Managers for Global Consulting Projects – Hybrid in Mexico City & Monterrey

We are looking for experienced SAP Managers / Sr. Managers with a minimum of 15+ years of experience to join a dynamic global consulting team within a leading organization. This role focuses on designing, building, and implementing SAP-based solutions to address complex business challenges, particularly in Supply Chain & Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, collaborate with high-performing teams, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and business transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement SAP solutions to enhance business performance

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and identify improvement opportunities

  • Lead supply chain planning processes and transformation initiatives

  • Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with best practices

  • Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, TM, etc.)

  • Coordinate with enterprise systems and master data teams

  • Define project scope, requirements, and solution design

  • Provide guidance and coaching to business units on SAP solutions

  • Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations

  • Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives

  • Support proposal development and business opportunities


Technical Skills Required:

With over 15 years of experience in SAP consulting, you must have:

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or SAP IBP

  • Expertise in at least one SAP module: MM, SD, PP, EWM, IBP, LETRA, TM

  • Solid experience in project management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in supply chain and operations processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory), Master’s degree is a plus

  • Advanced English level (mandatory)

  • Strong communication, leadership, empathy, and teamwork skills

  • Proven experience in consulting environments or large organizations

  • Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude


Location & Schedule:

  • Hybrid work model in Mexico City (Polanco) or Monterrey

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
