Senior Informatica IDMC Administrator – Remote

We are looking for an experienced  Senior Informatica IDMC Administrator with 4+ years of experience to join a dynamic team. This role will focus on the administration and management of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments, including user and permission management, Secure Agent administration, environment promotion, deployments, monitoring, scheduling, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IDMC organizations and sub-organizations, security roles, licenses, connectors, Secure Agents, and deployment processes across Development, QA, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Informatica IDMC organizations and sub-organizations.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and access within IDMC environments.
• Administer licenses and connectors.
• Install, configure, size, patch, and manage Secure Agents.
• Manage Secure Agent runtime environments.
• Perform environment promotions across Development, QA, and Production.
• Deploy assets and manage version control.
• Monitor environments and processes using Operational Insights.
• Manage job scheduling and monitor scheduled processes.
• Provide incident support and troubleshooting within established service levels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure platform availability and operational stability.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English (mandatory)

Location & Schedule:

• Remote position
• Candidates must currently reside in Mexico
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
• Advanced English is mandatory
