Salesforce Service Cloud Advisor - Hibrido 2790 

We are looking for a talented professional passionate about technology consulting, platform strategy, and digital transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on platform selection, architecture decisions, and technology cost optimization.
• Design and implement industry-leading technology solutions tailored to business needs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex challenges and recommend actionable strategies to optimize platform performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards.
• Support team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, advisory, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced conversational English (required for stakeholder interaction).
• Experience contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, Empathy, Commitment, Leadership. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale digital or enterprise transformation projects.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.).
• Experience developing reusable technology assets or accelerators.

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Candidates located in Monterrey, Saltillo, or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 times per week.

  Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location).

  Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
