Oracle BRM developer - Hybrid position 2791 

We are looking for skilled Application Developers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet complex business needs, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom software solutions across multiple system components and applications
• Translate business and system requirements into technical design specifications 
• Define and implement integration approaches between systems
• Provide support for application deployments and production releases
• Ensure development aligns with coding standards and interface specifications
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to  key technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and QA
• Provide innovative solutions to technical and functional challenges

Technical Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle technologies and related roles.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM Development).
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation, process understanding).
• Experience in QA: Test execution, Test automation. 
• Hands-on experience in: Application development and customization, System integrations, Production support and deployments.
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1  - C2
• Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, leadership. 

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Candidates located in Monterrey, Saltillo, or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 times per week.

• Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
