Seeking Experienced Fulfillment Senior Manager for Exciting Projects Hybrid in Mexico City or Monterrey

 

We are seeking a highly experienced Fulfillment Senior Manager to join a leading global consulting firm. This role focuses on transforming and optimizing supply chain and logistics operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fulfillment and logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance metrics
  • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including process reengineering and change management programs
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps based on business assessments and value cases
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of supply chain processes to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end logistics and fulfillment solutions
  • Oversee transportation planning, route optimization, warehouse design, and automation initiatives
  • Evaluate 3PL providers and support logistics capability development
  • Guide project teams through build, testing, and implementation phases
  • Support business development through proposals, client presentations, and bid management
  • Build and manage strategic alliances and contribute to sales growth

Technical Skills Required:

  • Advanced English proficiency required, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations
  • Proven experience in areas such as transportation sourcing, distribution, warehousing, freight (air/ocean), and network optimization
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain tools such as SAP (TM, eWM, LE), Blue Yonder (TMS, WMS), Oracle TM, Llamasoft, iLOG, or similar
  • Experience in consulting environments and global projects is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with P&L ownership or sales responsibilities is a plus

Location & Schedule:

  • Hybrid work from Mexico City or Monterrey
  • Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of MTY or CDMX.
