SAP WMS Business Process Architect 2810

We are seeking an experienced SAP WMS Business Process Architect to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of warehouse management and logistics business processes, with a strong focus on 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) integrations.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive process transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in warehouse management solutions, business process architecture, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize warehouse management and logistics business processes.
• Lead the design and implementation of 3PL integration processes and supporting technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Develop and refine business process models to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.
• Conduct user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP WMS-related processes and solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through effective communication, documentation, and training materials.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding process architecture and solution design.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the business process architecture discipline.
• Provide solutions to complex business and technology challenges impacting multiple teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WMS), including SAP EWM and/or SAP WM.
• Proven experience designing and implementing warehouse and logistics business processes.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL integrations, including process and technology alignment.
• Strong understanding of Application Architecture Design and enterprise solution architecture principles.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable functional solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, candidates must be comfortable conducting meetings, workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and producing documentation entirely in English.
  

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
