Salesforce Developer Sr – Hybrid, CDMX

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 4–5 years of experience, participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role focuses on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.
  • Develop components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4+ years).
  • Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript.
  • Experience in code debugging and solution analysis.
  • Familiarity with integrations, Git, and CI/CD (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Platform App Builder
    • Platform Developer I
    • Other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Advanced English (C1) – required for client interaction.

Location & Schedule:

  • Hybrid work model in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Saltillo. Remote work available in the rest of Mexico (restrictions apply).
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
